Soapbox: 

My first NS.  Lots of fun.  Could
really be habit forming.  I have not
participated so far because of the
late hour here in the Eastern time
zone and because I always have trouble
calming down and falling asleep after
a Sprint. 
Unfortunately last night
was no exception.  The question I have
is whether this problem disappears
when the Sprint becomes a weekly
routine.  Anybody else have this
trouble?
