Howdy from Austin, Texas!

Welcome to 2005! It's been an interesting 5 years in Austin, and 2005 will be quite active. Keep an eye out for Texas QSO Party, NAQP, CQWW, and ARRL DX this fall...Maybe even the 10m contest if plans work out.

Equipment consists of IC706MkIIg, 222Mhz FM, and misc. equipment for packet,PSK31, RTTY, etc. I've recently been playing around with some GE Delta VHF radios for packet, and am currently running a Winlink 2000 Telpac Node in North Austin.

As I'm currently living in a deed-restricted (no antennas PERIOD) community, I do a lot of operating mobile / rover or sometimes from K5NA's superstation.
