After living in Canada for many years (VE3ZYE & VA3CDX), I am now active as K9EL with a DB18E antenna, TS990 and Alpha 9500. I was originally licensed in 1962 as WN9ELV in Oak Park, IL. Changed my call to K9EL in 1977. Was licensed as VE3ZYE in 1993 but changed to VA3CDX in 1994. Have lived and worked in many places around the world. Now retired from the Telecommunications field.

My goal is to work and confirm (via QSL card) every country on CW, Digital and Phone on 160 through 6 meters - the Ultimate Challenge.

I still have logs and QSLs for: 9V0YC, HS0E, HS0ZBB, EA6/K9EL, 6Y5/K9EL, VR2/K9EL, K9EL/VS6, 7J1BAY, VS6BX, F/K9EL, DL/K9EL, G5CBW, XE3/K9EL, K9EL/KH6, K9EL/VE2, K9EL/VE3, VA3CDX, VE3ZYE.
