I operated as 3DA0MM as part of a multi-national team of great guys from 29 August until 12 September 2009 from the Mazini region of the Kingdom of Swaziland.  As 3DA0MM, 5783 QSOs were made with amateur radio operators from 114 countries using CW and SSB on 15, 17, 20, 40, and 80 meters. 

A purpose of my visit to Swaziland was to help the Swazi Scout Association set up a farm at their Scout camp that will facilitate young people with the raising of chickens and bees.  More information about the project can be found at www.scoutdude.com. 

Concerning QSL cards:

--For stations in the US, you may send your cards directly to me, NC4MM.  Be sure to include a SASE with your card.  I have the ability to print out a limited number of QSL cards.

--For stations outside of the US, my QSL manager is GI4FUM.  He may need to answer up to 20,000 cards as he is the manager for the entire team.  Please be patient as it may be several months before you receive a return card.  Remember to send him a SAE and 2 US dollars or one IRC.  If you have an urgent need for a card for an award submission, then you may send your card to NC4MM.

All QSL cards received have been answered.  Same day turn-around now is possible.

My home call is NC4MM and I operate SSB, CW, and PSK31 on all bands from my shack in Oak Ridge, NC.  I became an amatuer radio operator at the age of 14 and I enjoy chasing DX and encouraging young people to enter the hobby.
