CQ Magazine's DX Marathon Scores and Updates - please go to www.dxmarathon.com
I completed my latest FS/K9EL operation on 13 June. All log data from FS/K9EL was posted to LOTW on 23 June 2009. Please note there were at least two pirate stations using my call. The FS/K9EL log is online at http://dx.qsl.net/logs/
It is not necessary to send me a QSL card if you want one returned via the bureau. Simply drop me an email and I will send one in return via the Bureau.
All direct and bureau cards received through December 2009 have been procesed - there is no backlog. A large shipment of cards was sent to the ARRL outgoing QSL service on December 28th, 2009.
Next FS/K9EL operation is expected in early June, 2010
All direct card requests from all operations are answered within 3-6 weeks of receipt. You may also QSL via VA3CDX if it is easier for you.
I still have logs and cards for: HS0E, HS0ZBB, VS6BX, K9EL/VS6, VR2/K9EL, 7J1BAY, EA6/K9EL, XE3/K9EL, K9EL/6Y5, FS/K9EL, G5CBW, DL/K9EL, F/K9EL.
My primary interest is DX, with special interest in 30, 40 and 80 meters. I have operated from all continents, and hold (or have held) callsigns from several countries. I prefer DX-ing on CW, but am happy to ragchew on SSB as well.
My standard equipment consists of an FT1000MP and an Alpha 87A. On 10/15/20 I use a TH7DXX at 70 feet; On 40 I use a HyGain 2 element yagi at 85 feet; I also have a Cushcraft D3W at 77 feet for the WARC bands. For 80/160, I use a 66 foot vertical with lots of radials.
I QSL 100% to all cards received, including SWLs!
