In the occasion of the Marconi's Centenary Nobel Prize for Physics, from 13^th to 28^th June 2009, a very important retrospective vintage-radio exhibition from Marconi to nowadays, will take place in the magnificent "Villa Nobel" (property of the Province of Imperia and dwelling in which the renowned swedish scientist lived the last years of his life, continuing to work to own experiments and conceiving here his famous Testament).

During this event a radioamateurs station with special callsign IY1GMN will be active in HF and EME. For EME qsos an award will be sent toghether with the qsl card.
