Please send all requests for QSL cards either direct or via the KP2 Buro (PO Box 25782, Christiansted, VI 00824).  If you send a card direct, please enclose a self-addressed envelope, as well as a postage stamp, a green stamp, or a "new" IRC, properly stamped at the Post Office of origin.  For everyone in the US or its Territories, a 44-cent stamp will suffice.  We, too, are part of the US Postal Service.  Please note that I do not exchange eQSLs, nor do I participate in LOTW.
