TY1MS is the special event callsign of the Benin 2009 Radio Expedition that will take place in October 2009. The DXpedition is manned by PA8AD, PA3AN, PA3AWW and PD0CAV. The will be on-air from October 10th till October 27th. The team will also participate in the CQWW SSB contest.

Main purpose of this dxpedition is to raise funds for a Mercy Ships project in Benin, provide help to the charity project and activate Benin on HF.

QSL card that were requested via direct mail or internet, will be shipped around Christmas 2009.
