All QSLs will be answered. Direct cards in a few weeks to months (unless I run out of cards), and buro cards may take a couple of years. If time is important to you, send direct, SASE for US; IRC,SASE with international US postage, or green stamp for DX. I will not respond to e-mail QSL requests. I presently have about 3000 buro cards ready to go out as soon as I find time to sort them. As of 9 Jan 2009 all direct requests have been answered.

I  have recently (as of 9 Jan 2009) uploaded about 15,000 QSOs to LoTW. All J79WI QSOs are uploaded, as well as PJ2/WI9WI QSOs since 2003. I will upload the earlier PJ2/WI9WI QSOs as soon as I reprocess the logs, and the PJ2W, PJ2WI logs after I reprocess them and receive my certificates for them. I have also uploaded some recent WI9WI logs. I aim to have all my PJ2 logs, J7 logs and logs for major contests from WI9WI since 2000 on LoTW in the next few weeks. After I do this I will work on older logs from C6, WP2, and NP3, and minor WI9WI contests. Logs prior to 1996 will probably not ever be uploaded. This included VP5 operations, VP2E and VP2M. I had a computer crash in 1996. I may be able to recover some of the VP2M logs but this is low priority. I do have paper copies of some of these logs snd so will respond to mailed cards.

For US cards for domestic operations, e.g. SS, 160, WIQP, no stamp necessary if you don't mind a postcard. If you want it in an envelope, send an SASE. No US$ are necessary for either US or DX if you have sufficient postage on the envelope.
