FT5ZM DVD ---> The DVD of the 2014 FT5ZM DXpedition to Amsterdam Island is
now available: "this was a truly international DXpedition with 14 operators
from eight different countries, a seven-week adventure culminating in an
amazing 140,000 QSOs from the middle of the southern Indian Ocean". Details
can be found at www.k4uee.com/dvd.

VP8SGI & VP8STI ---> "The fourteen members of the  VP8STI/VP8SGI  team  have
committed to paying $210,000 of the $425,000 needed to carry out this
DXpedition. To date, we have raised $315,000 which includes our team
contribution; North America Clubs & Foundations have provided 87% of our
support, while 12% comes from Europe and less than one percent from Asia.
We still have a significant deficit of $110,000. The VP8STI/VP8SGI team
needs the support of the worldwide DX Community to help make this
DXpedition a success". The last major operations from South Georgia and
South Sandwich Islands took place in 2002. Since that time, these islands
have steadily climbed the most wanted list and are currently the #3 (South
Sandwich) and #8 (South Georgia) most wanted DXCC Entities. The
VP8SGI/VP8STI team's goal is to conduct two 8-10 day DXpeditions to each of
these island groups: "to effectively do that, we need your assistance no
matter what level of donation you can make. We encourage you to visit
www.intrepid-dx.com/vp8 and donate via the PayPal link".

W4DXCC ---> Sponsored by the SouthEastern DX and Contesting Organization,
Inc. (SEDCO), the 11th W4 DX and Contest Convention will be held at the
MainStay Suites Conference Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on 25-26
September. Complete details can be found at www.w4dxcc.com. [TNX K4SV]
