9J2 QSL BUREAU ---> Mike, G3TEV (QSL manager for 9J2BO) says that there is no
outgoing QSL Bureau for Zambia. If stations want a card the from Zambia, the
best way is by the direct route, either to the QSL manager or direct to the
station worked, enclosing a SAE plus return postage. Otherwise they are
unlikely to get a return card due to the high postal costs involved in
sending direct replies to cards received via the bureau.
