3B6     - Witek/SP9MRO, Wojtek/SP9PT and a few others are planning a 12-14 day
          DXpedition to Agalega (AF-001) in March. They plan to operate on all
          bands and  modes  usign several  stations.  Further  information  is
          expected in due course. [TNX W1AW]
4U1UN   - The Daily DX  reports that  4U1UN, the  United Nations  Headquarters
          station in  New  York City,  is  expected to  be  activated  by  two
          Japanese operators on 18 November. QSL via HB9BOU.
6W      - Paul, K1XM will be active as 6V7D from Senegal on 19-28 November, CQ
          WW DX CW Contest included. QSL via KQ1F. [TNX NG3K]
8Q      - Andrea, IZ6GJO will be active as 8Q7AN from Kihaad Island,  Maldives
          (AS-013) on 11-22 December. He plans  to operate CW only on 40,  30,
          20 and 15 metres. QSL direct to home call. [TNX I6KYL]
9M6     - Saty, JE1JKL will participate in the  CQ WW DX  CW Contest as  9M6NA
          from Labuan Island (OC-133), East Malaysia. It will be a SOSB  entry
          on 20 metres. QSL via home  call. Saty welcomes e-mail requests  for

C6      - K2KW, N6BT and KE7X will operate from Eleuthera (NA-001), Bahamas on
          19-27 November. They will participate in the CQ WW DX CW Contest  as
          C6AKX (20m),  C6ARR (160m)  and C6ATA  (40m). QSL  via WA4WTG.  [TNX
C6      - Brian, ND3F will be active  as C6AQQ from  Nassau on New  Providence
          (NA-001),  Bahamas  from  23  November  to   3  December.  He   will
          participate in both the CQ WW DX CW and ARRL 160 Meter contests. QSL

CX      - CX3AL, CX5AO, CX5BW, CX9AU, CX7CO and CX9BT will participate in  the
          CQ WW DX CW Contest as  a Multi-Single entry.  They will be  signing
          CX7BY, in memory of the late Raul Roji. QSL via CX5BW. [TNX NG3K]
FO      - Alain, F2HE is active again as  FO5RH from Tatakoto Atoll  (OC-066),
          Frech Polynesia until 4 December. He will be back there starting  on

HL      - DS2GOO, DS2KEP, DS3HWS, 6K2CEW, 6K2CSD and other operators from  the
          Pyong Taek DX Club will be  active as homecall/3 from Anmyon  Island
          (AS-080) on 18-19 November. QSL via home calls. [TNX The Daily DX]
HH      - Jean-Marc, F1ABQ will be active as HH2FJM from Haiti starting on  18
          November. Look for him daily between  5-7 UTC and 18-22 UTC  aoriund

J2      - Eric, ON7SAT  (J20SA) will  be working  in Djibouti  from around  20
          November until 16 December. Ho hopes  to be able  to operate SSB  on
          40, 20, 15  and 10  metres in  his spare  time. QSL  via home  call,

J7      - John, K3TEJ will be active as  J79Z from Dominica (NA-101) on  22-29
          November. Before and after the CQ  WW DX CW Contest he will  operate
          on 160 metres and the WARC bands. QSL via home call. [TNX NG3K]
JA      - Look for JG4PYJ/4, JI4IPB/4, JJ4KME/4 and JM4FGW/4 to be active from
          Chiburi Island  (AS-041,  JIIA AS-041-002),  Shimane  prefecture  on
          18-19 November. They plan to operate  SSB and CW on  80, 40, 20,  17
          and 15 metres. QSL via home calls, direct or bureau. [TNX JI6KVR]
KH2     - JA1OZK (AA9WZ), JA1OHP,  JF1TAB, JH1FUD, JL1LOW  and JK1DRM will  be
          active as  K2G  from Guam  (OC-026)  on 25-28  November.  They  will
          operate on  the HF  bands SSB,  CW and  digital modes  and will  not
          participate in the CQ WW DX CW Contest. QSL via JA1OZK. [TNX NG3K]
KP2     - Kenji, JH3AIU  will be  active as  WP2AIU  from the  Virgin  Islands
          (NA-106) on 20-24 November. He  plans to operate  CW, RTTY, PSK  and
          SSB on 10-160 metres. QSL via home call. [TNX NG3K]
P4      - Dave/K9UK, John/W9KXQ, Bill/WW9WW, Dave/WG9J  and Tom/W9AEB will  be
          active as  P40Z  from  Aruba (SA-036)  between  28  November  and  5
          December. QSL via K9UK. [TNX W9AEB]
T8      - Mike, K9NW reports he will  be active as  T88MR from Palau  (OC-009)
          between approximately 20-28 November, CQ WW DX CW Contest  included.
          Otside the contest he will try  to pay special attention to the  low
          bands. QSL via K9NW.
TI      - Dick, W0RAA will be departing for  Costa Rica on  21 November, as  a
          member of the TI5N for the CQ  WW DX CW Contest. Before the  contest
          he will operate  mostly RTTY (+/-  14085 kHz) and  PSK31 (+/-  14070
          kHz) as TI5/W0RAA. QSL direct to home call. [TNX K1XN]
V7      - Neil, WD8CRT  (http://www.qsl.net/v73ns) will be  active  again  as
          V73NS from  Kwajalein (OC-028),  Marshall Islands.  He should  start
          around 5 January and remain there for at least two years. Expect him
          to operate mostly CW on 160-6  metres. QSL via  bureau or direct  to

VP2M    - Phil, G3SWH and Jim,  G3RTE will operate  (callsigns TBA) on  160-10
          metres from Montserrat (NA-103) on 21-28 February. Activity will  be
          primarily on CW, possibily  with  some RTTY and PSK31. They plan  to
          have two stations on the air for as many hours as possible. QSL  via

VU7     - The Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing of the Indian Ministry  of
          Communications has released  the first list  of special  permissions
          issued to foreign operators holding Indian amateur radio licences to
          operate from the  Lakshadweep Islands during  the NIARS Hamfest  and
          DXpedition (VU7RG). Please  note that the  10-day activity has  been
          rescheduled  to  start  on  15  January  2007.  Bookmark  and  visit

XU      - A group of  operators from the  Tamsat Group and  the Siam DX  Group
          will be active from Sihanoukville, Cambodia on 23-29 November.  They
          will operate  CW, SSB,  RTTY, PSK-31,  FM  and Satellite  on  160-10
          metres, 6m, 2m and 70cm as follows:
          E20PFE        as XU7ADL on HF + CQWW CW (SOSB LP)
          E21EIC        as XU7ADE on HF + CQWW CW (SOLP)
          E21QEB        as XU7ADM on UHF and Satellites
          E21YDP        as XU7ADK on HF RTTY/PSK-31 + CQWW CW (SOSB 40m LP)
          HS0ZCY/AA4XR  as XU7ADF on HF + CQWW CW (SOSB LP)
          HS1JAN        as XU7ADN on VHF, Satellites and 6m
          HS5IGY        as XU7ADP on VHF, Satellites and 6m.

YB      - Look for Mat, YC8TDE to be active  (mainly on 40 and 15 metres  SSB)

YB      - Hotang, YC0IEM will  be active in  his spare time  as YC0IEM/9  from
          Lombok Island  (OC-150) from  20 November  to  6 December.  QSL  via

PACIFIC TRIP ---> Nag, JA7GAX will  be island hopping in the Pacific  between
23 November and January as follows:

SOUTHEAST ASIA TRIP ---> Pete, SM5GMZ will be back to Thailand, Cambodia  and
East Malaysia between 21 November and  March 2007. His work will come  first,
but he will be active on  the amateur radio bands  as much as  he can in  his
spare time. Expect him to operate  as HS0ZFI, XU7ADI and 9M6/SM5GMZ. QSL  via

A61TX ---> This is the callsign  issued to Michel Homsi, OD5TX, who  operated
from the UAE as A6/OD5TX until late July  2006. The licence was issued on  14
November 2006 and is valid for one year. QSL via W4JS. [TNX K1XN]

OH CONTEST/DX  MEETING  --->  The 12th  annual  CCF  (Contest  Club  Finland,
http://www.qsl.net/ccf) and  OHDXF  (OH  DXFoundation,  http://www.ohdxf.fi)
Contest & DX  Meeting will  be held  once again  aboard the  Viking Line  M/S
Gabriella on 19-21  January 2007. The  ship will travel  from Finland to  the
Aland Islands to  Sweden and back.  Further information,  prices and  on-line
