bands SSB and CW from Weizhou Island (AS-139) on 20-24 February. QSL
          via home calls. [TNX www.rsgbiota.org]
C6 - Look for Peter, W2IRT/C6A and Tom, N2YTF/C6A to be active from
Nassau (NA-001) from 24 February to 2 March. They will operate
holiday style SSB, CW and RTTY, mostly on 17, 20 and 40 metres. Tom
may be doing some satellite and HF-QRP work as well. QSL via W2IRT.
Logs will be uploaded to LoTW. [TNX NG3K]
FG - Look for F6GWV and F6HMQ to be once again active from Guadeloupe

          via F6HMQ. [TNX F6HMQ]
FT - Gildas, TU5KG (FT5XQ and FT5WM) was expected to be in the Kerguelen

          days. [TNX VA3RJ]
HC - Rick, NE8Z reports he will be active again as HC1MD from Tumbaco,

          K8LJG.
I - Special station II1MNA (Museo Nazionale dell'Antartide,
http://www.mna.it) will be active for the 4th Antarctic Activity

in Genova. QSL via IZ1GJK. Further information can be found at at

VP2M - Phil, G3SWH has received the hard copy of the licence for the 21-28
February activity from Montserrat [425DXN 823], and the call issued
is VP2MWH (not VP2MPW as previously advised). This callsign has been
re-issued from 2006, which could cause confusion with the QSLing
process. Consequently, Phil and Jim, G3RTE will operate as VP2MTE.

ANTARCTICA AWARD ---> The Award Manager (Gianni Marruccella, IZ8CGS) reports
that all of the certificate requests received as of 31 December 2006 have
been processed and mailed along with the complimentary map of Antarctica
published by the Australian Antarctic Division [425DXN 700].Up-to-date score
tables are available at www.mdxc.org/antarctica/award.asp.

NOT THE MANAGER ---> Victor Diniz, CT1AUO (contact him at ct1auo@netcabo.pt,
if you need a QSL manager) is receiving (and returning to sender) many bureau
cards for CS5A he cannot reply to. Please note that he can confirm contacts
made with CS5A between 2001 and June 2004 only.

QSL V51AS ---> The new QSL route [425DXN 823] should be all right effective
10 March. Send your cards to Frank Steinhauser, Schlossstr. 68A, 82140
Olching, Germany and be prepared to wait a bit: this is not a QSL manager, so
it may be up to four months before you will hear back from Frank, but it is a
reliable route. [TNX WE7K]

QSL VIA I2WIJ ---> Roberto, I2WIJ reports that "due to unpredictable delays
in QSL card printing", he is currently unable to confirm contacts made with
CN3A and 5D5A. Hopefully the QSL cards will be available before then end of
March. Please be patient.

QSL VIA IV3SKB ---> Cards for contacts made with IU3A operated by IV3HAX
between 2001 and 2005 should be sent direct to IV3SKB. Do not send any bureau
or direct card to Mauro, IV3HAX, because he cannot receive them. [TNX IV3HAX]

QSL VIA IZ8CLM ---> Sal, IZ8CLM reports that all of the contacts made with
S79RS (May-June 2006) and CE70RG (July 2006) have been confirmed
automatically via the bureau. Sal also has the complete logbooks for Samir,
OD5SK from 1983 to date.

+ SILENT KEY + Gianni Rizzi, I7RIZ (ex I8RIZ) passed away on 13 February. A
personal friend of your trulies for several years, he was a serious DXer with
337/351 (current/deleted) credited DXCC Entities, as well as a keen IOTA
enthusiast. We will miss his presence on the pile-ups and at the various HF
meetings and conventions he and his wife Marisa used to attend on a regular
basis.
